To participate in bestEducationUSA.org promotions, you must also be at least 18 years old. If you do not meet these requirements, we ask that you not register with us. In order to receive the stated promotion, it requires completion of the offer terms. Offer terms include; age and residency requirements, along with a valid email and shipping address. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and vary by drawing. On average, the odds of winning are approximately 1:100,000.

DRAWING & PRIZES:
BestEducationUSA.org owns and operates additional scholarship promotional websites. There will be ONE scholarship drawing held where all eligible entrants from each promotional website will be combined. ONE winner will be selected by a random drawing from ALL eligible entrants from all promotional websites on or about every three months (Jan/April/July/Oct). This one-time scholarship of up to $ 10,000 MUST be used for educational purposes ONLY. Documentation of requirements must be produced upon request.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable effort within two (2) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, this will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received during the registration time frame. The scholarship monies will be paid directly to the winner upon verification that the winner applied, as well as documentation verifying enrolment in a college or university in the United States. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
